What to do when forget the password and register mailbox?
1. You can get back your password through written application. Offering your member ID, explaining why to get back password, and fax to our company with corporate seal. The staff of STONEBTB will deal with and contact you in one working day after receiving.
2. You can send email to our service mailbox:
serving@stonebtb.com, offering your member ID and all the information you filled out when registered. We will reset a new password for you after confirm your information. We suggest you change your password after getting the reset one, and keep the new password and all registered information in mind.

Why prompt wrong mailbox when register?
The right format of mailbox is user
name@domain name, for example,
stonebtb@stonebtb.com. If system prompts error, please check whether your input method is pure English, and mind the switch of full/half width.
