If you don't receive the password reset email or can't get back password through other methods, you can fax your business license copy with the following messages to 0592-5588649 and the staff of STONEBTB will set an initialization password and contact you in one working day after receiving.
1. The business license copy with corporate seal on date place.
2. Your member ID or company name, mailbox, contact ways, contact person you filled out when registered.

One account can be signed in two computes at the same time, but two accounts can't work in one computer at the same time.

When member verification is unsuccessful, you may have the following problems:
1. Your verified mailbox has been used.

Password can be only composited by English characters and numbers. Punctuation, blank, *, @ and other characters can't be accepted by the system.

After filling member ID, there will be prompt on the page. If it is available, there will be a tick after the item. If not, there will be related error message on the right.

The member is exclusive, not repeated. We suggest that you can try other spell combination. For example, if the ID stone has been registered, you can try using stone2002, stone12345 and so on.

After finishing member registration, the staff of STONEBTB will verify your information in a working day and send the verification email to your mailbox. The staff of STONEBTB will verify your information in a working day, and send verification email to your mailbox.
