So "Republish" does not mean release another piece of info with the same details, it just refresh the released info to make your membership a bit more active. 

In order to let the customer know completely about your products' materials, function, quality and all the other details, please follow the rules to write down your product description:
1. Offer all the details of your products: water absorption, density, original place, and all the other useful info to the customers
2. No company introduction
3. No company address, telephone number, fax or other contact info
4. No email address, MSN, Skype or any other contacts
Product description is the main point when you release your product info, the right and detailed product description helps the buyers know the products well and also can makes your product more popular in all search engines.

There are a few rules for the good product name, and to make you more easily searched by the buyers:
1. Only product names, no modifiers: for example, if your product is white marble, you just need to write down "marble"

Follow the steps to manage your online product info:
1 Sign in, and enter the your member account system http://account.stonebtb.com/
2 Go to "Product Info" → "Product Info Management"
3 All your released product info is here, and there are three kinds state of them: Approved, Unapproved and Approve Waiting. So you can "Republish" the approved product info, "Edit" the unapproved product info.
4 Refresh the released product info by "Upload" or "Republish" them. All the product info can be republished in every six hours.
5 If you need to change any details of your product info, find the piece you need to change, and click "Edit", and then change whatever you want to change.
6 If some of the products you no longer offer, and need to delete them, find these products first, and select them, and then click "Delete".

 

All the members can use both words and pictures to show their company reputation and credit to their customers and potential customers, in order to earn a better impression and trust, and then to earn business.
1. Picture requirements:
   Format: JPG / GIF / BMP / PNG；
   Size: less than 150KB
   Pixel: 350 * 180
2. Which kinds of pictures fit to be uploaded as company images?
The pictures of the factory, office, stuff members in working or the artificial person are good to upload as the company images. Members can edit the pictures to according to their own likes and dislikes. The picture will appear in member's showroom, and there can be upmost 5 pieces.
3. How to upload the pictures?
1）Sign in, and enter the your member account system http://account.stonebtb.com/
2）Go to "Company Info" → "Company Image"
3) Click "Review", and find the right picture from your computer, and then click "Confirm", and the picture is uploaded.

 

1. All the pictures must be in the format of JPG or GIF, and less than 150KB
2. File name of pictures can not be too long and should include no punctuations
3. Pictures should be clear
4. No watermarks or contacts in pictures

There are two different ways to upload product pictures:
The first one is to upload the product picture when you release the product info:
1. Sign in, and enter the your member account system http://account.stonebtb.com/
2. Go to "Product Info" → "Release Product Info", complete all the details.
3. Choose the right picture of the product from your computer and then click "Confirm".
The other way is to upload the pictures directly from your computer:
1. Sign in, and enter the your member account system http://account.stonebtb.com/
2. Go to "Resource Center" → "Upload Resource"; upload the pictures directly from the computer.

Please do remember, all the pictures should be format of JPG/GIF/BMP/PNG, and less than 150KB.

If the info you released has been approved, you can check by the following ways:
1. You can use the search function on www.stonebtb.com to find your info
2. You can go and visit your own showroom (showroom address: http://your member ID.stonebtb.com)

You can follow these steps to check the state of your released product info:
1. Sign in, and enter the your member account system http://account.stonebtb.com/
2. Go to "Product Info" → "Product Info Management", so you can check the state of all your released product info, you can also republish and edit them.
1) Just after being released, it needs 24 hours to make the product info approved, so within these 24 hours, the state of the product info will be "Approve Waiting".

2) If your product info is not approved by the system of www.stonebtb.com, the state of it will be "Unapproved"

3) If your product info has been approved, the state will be "Approved"

Normally, there must be some reasons that make your info not fit the standards of www.stonebtb.com. The following are the rules of how to release info successfully on www.stonebtb.com.
1. All the info you released must be true and real;
2. No repeated info: especially no repeated pictures, but you can upload different angles of a same product;
3. Pictures must be the complete ones, and the info in the pictures must be completely the same with the one in words description;
4. No watermarks.

After being released, the product info needs to be approved by the system:
1. The product info will be approved within 24 hours after being uploaded successfully, and then it will be on line.
2. While if the product info is unapproved, there must be some items do not confirm to the standards. For example: repeated info, just a few and simple words in description, contacts included.

You can republish the supply info one by one: click "Update" of each piece of supply info, then the republishing of this one is done.
You can also republish the whole page at one time: click "Select All" → "Republish", then all the supply info in this page is republished (10 pieces per page).

2. Go to "Trade Info" → "Edit Supply"

Find the supply lead you need to change.

And then click "Edit", change the details you need to change, and click "Confirm", so the change is done.

3. All the products you release will appear here. Look carefully you can easily find out that there are two kinds of colors in the product list. The ones in grey have already been released as supply leads, while the other ones in black have not yet. Click the product that you need to make the offer, and then complete the info of price, minimum order quantity and expiry date, click "Confirm", the whole process is done.

The reasons are as below:
First, it is for the members' convenience in product info management. Normally, members are not just majoring in one kind of product; they are dealing with granite, marble, travertine, and even stone machineries. So they need to set their own categories to make the product info management more easily and conveniently. And of course in that case they can easily know how much product info they have uploaded in each category.

Second, the product categories appear in members' show rooms completely accord to the categories set by the members themselves.

"Your Own Categories" is the categories set by the members themselves according to their own products. It can be the same as or different from the categories set by www.stonebtb.com, and also can be your own unique ones.  
How to set your own categories?
1. Sign in, and enter the your member account system  http://account.stonebtb.com/
2. Go to "Product Info" → "Set Your Own Categories"

3. Insert the new category you need to add, then click "Add a New Category", and the category is added successfully.

Find the product which you need change its details, and then click "Edit" to change the information you need, at last click "Confirm". 

When releasing the product info, after choosing the right categories of your product, some red words will appear at the bottom of the page to remind you to add your product picture into the gallery and make an offer at the same time.

If you choose both of them, it means when you release the product information, you release the supply lead of this product as well (the system help you to make the supply lead according to your product information automatically). However, please do complete the specification, price and all the other product details.

If the product info released successfully, it can be showed both in "Product Info Management" and "Edit Supply"
