The company today markets 10 containers a week and is striving to perfection, for we believe perfection is an infinite process.
The Lotus group is spread over the US with its own showrooms and warehouses at many strategic locations. Each unit is independently equipped with delivery trucks and other material handling for that impeccable service to our valued customers. Stocking almost more than 50 - 100 colours in satellite to regional locations at any given time, we are sure that our customers meet their choice for sure.
A full scale team for Quality Control centered in India and other procurement locations, ensure impeccable quality of the products. An intensive quality control procedure wherein each and every slab is thoroughly scrutinized and checked by two levels of quality control teams at the manufacturing unit itself. Individual tiles also go through a similar procedure. This stringent inspection leaves absolutely no room for any defects or quality lapses in the materials & ensures that the customer gets only the best.
