The annual international exhibition “EXPOSTONE” being the main and most representative exhibition in the Russian Federation in the field of quarrying, processing and use of natural stone has been held since 2000. Russian and foreign organizations, enterprises and companies involved in mining and stone working industries take part in it
The exhibition has no equal for the scope of subjects, number of participants, richness of content and exposition variety. In 2008 for instance 407 companies from 24 countries took part in it. The successful exhibition development over the 10 years has been proved by its area extension and by approximately 12% increase in the number of its participants.
Modern technologies, machinery and tools for stone working industry, wide variety of natural stone and wonderful products regularly attract to the exhibition a large number of natural stone specialists, machinery and equipment developers, representatives of construction organizations, architects and designers, professionals in the field of town planning, municipal engineering and landscape design, artists, restorers, ritual services agents and just true lovers of this unique natural material.
