Imperial White Onyx Tiles

Imperial white onyx is the brand new shade with excellent physical strength, scratch free and mirror polish with minute variation makes is excellent choice for cladding and flooring. The surface can be polished, honed and bush hammered.

Tiles Productions

• All the sizes having thickness more than 40 cm are cut on Gang saw and less than 40 are cut on blade saw.
• Raw block is selected according to the requirement of customer.
• Raw block are faced at least on 02 sides so that inner shade is visible, if appropriate than we proceed.
• The selected block is cut on Italian gang saw (Barsanti) so no thickness issues.
• Big slabs are cut to sizes and then calibrated.
• After calibration it is mirrored polished with standard abrasive.
• Then it is re sized for perfect 90 degree ( orthogonal corners )
• On customer requirement it is (optional, suited for restaurant floors) treated with resin to prolong its polish life and reduce any moisture absorption.

The tiles are again QC and packed with Styrofoam sheets on all six sides and plastic sheets between each polished surface
